Terms and Conditions
If the item that is faulty is discontinued, customer can exchange for a different item of the same value or a refund can be given. Refund is for item price only, not including postage and is for the price the customer paid for it if payment occured when there was an offer on.
Items can be exchanged for a different size if not a sufficient fit but customer must cover return postage and the additional postage for the new item to be sent to the customer.
Also, please note, if the item is purchased as a gift for someone, the person receiving the gift cannot receive a refund if the item is not suited. It is up to the person receiving the gift to return to the original purchaser to request a refund or exchange. This is to prevent fraud.
The invoice VAT receipt you will receive with your order cannot be used to receive a refund or exchange. The order number must be quoted (as per email you receive) in an email or on the phone. Again, this is to prevent fraud.
Please note, we provide tracking information. If the parcel tracking isn't updated and it appears the parcel has gone missing, you MUST contact us within a week in order to allow us to find your parcel and or refund if it has gone missing. If you wait longer than 2 weeks after we ship your order to contact us, we will be unable to help you as the shipping company will declare it destroyed.
